Most people think creativity and innovation is something that just happens. On the contrary, creativity and innovation is a systematic process of exploring possibilities. It's about building a checklist of basic success ideas and principles and examining our purpose. What do we want to accomplish with a particular effort? Going the extra mile, how can we give our customers perceived value much higher than the cost?

Innovation need not be high tech, although it can be. Innovation is bringing greater advantage to the customers that they could perceive and value. It can be the simplest, most mundane, most non-technical value added imaginable.

At Centroid our quest for innovation has led to the development of AquaBrazer which won us the Best Innovative Product Award by CODISSIA during the 9th Internataional Technology Exhibition (INTEC 2006).

But we won’t rest on our laurels. There are miles to go and peaks to conquer ...We always strive to better ourselves. As they say, the best is yet to come. Peter Drucker, the management guru, was once asked which of his 26 books he was most proud of and he replied "The next one".
